1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take additional time. You will be notified during checkout or via email.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For international orders, please contact us directly at support@neelohitjewellers.com.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a specified amount (as shown at checkout).
Standard shipping charges may apply for smaller orders or COD (Cash on Delivery) service.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking link.
6. Packaging & Security
All products are packed in tamper-proof and protective packaging to ensure safety during transit.
We take full responsibility for the product until it is safely delivered to your address.
7. Delays or Non-Delivery
If there is any delay or issue with delivery, please contact us immediately.
We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or courier issues beyond our control.
