At Neelohit Jewellers Private Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional value and service to our customers. We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to sell back jewellery purchased from us. Our buyback policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.
Eligibility for Buyback
To be eligible for buyback, the jewellery must meet the following criteria:
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original sales invoice or a verifiable record of purchase directly from [Your Company Name]. This is essential for confirming the authenticity and origin of the piece.
Authenticity: The jewellery must be genuine www.neelohitjewellers.com merchandise and free from any third-party alterations or modifications that would compromise its original design or material integrity.
Condition: The jewellery should be in reasonable condition, considering normal wear and tear. Excessive damage, significant alterations, or missing components may affect the buyback value or render the item ineligible.
Identification: For gold and diamond jewellery, any original certifications should be present.
Buyback Value Calculation
The buyback value will be determined based on the following:
Gold/ Silver Jewellery:
The buyback value for gold/silver jewellery will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate of gold on the day of the buyback at 100% of the gold present in the product.
The weight of the gold/silver will be accurately measured at our store using certified weighing scales.
Making charges, handling charges, commision and stone charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. The buyback value will solely be based on the net gold weight.
Diamond Jewellery:
For diamond jewellery, the buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing market value of the gold component (as above) and 100 percentage of the original invoice value of the diamonds subject to the diamond’s quality, current market demand, and the condition of the piece.
The value of any semi-precious gemstones other than diamonds and precious stones will be non-refundable.
The value of precious stones will be 100 % of invoice amount subject to the condition of the stones.
Process for Buyback
Visit Our Store: Bring the jewellery you wish to sell back to any Neelohit Jewellers Private Limited retail outlet.
Mail it in using an insured parcel.
Required Documents: Present your original sales invoice and any relevant jewellery certifications.
Appraisal: Our expert staff will carefully inspect and appraise the jewellery to determine its authenticity, condition, and precise weight. For diamonds, the quality will be re-evaluated.
Offer: Based on the appraisal and the current market rates, we will provide you with a clear and transparent buyback offer.
Payment: If you accept the offer, payment will be processed via bank transfer or cheque within 7-10 business days. Cash payments are generally not offered for security reasons and to comply with financial regulations.
Identification: For legal and security purposes, you will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Driver’s License) at the time of buyback.
Important Considerations
Market Fluctuations: The buyback value is subject to the daily fluctuations of gold and diamond market prices. The value offered on the day of your buyback request will be final.
Company Discretion: Neelohit Jewellers Private Limited reserves the right to refuse buyback of any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria or is deemed to be significantly damaged, altered, or counterfeit.
No Exchange: Buybacks are for cash/bank transfer only and cannot be directly exchanged for new merchandise. You may, however, use the proceeds from the buyback to make a new purchase.
Policy Changes: [Your Company Name] reserves the right to modify or update this buyback policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the day of the buyback transaction will apply.
