We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered to you.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Products that are customized, engraved, or made-to-order.
Sale or discounted items.
Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, you may receive store credit or an exchange as per your preference.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
